It comes with a 25′, 180 degree machine torch and CPC port that interfaces directly to our electronics. If you do not select this option, you should supply another Hypertherm plasma unit with a CPC port or be prepared to modify our provided CPC connector. We do not provide assistance with modifications to the connector. The Rotary Pipe Cutter Attachment is capable of cutting 5.5″ square or round pipe, 47 inches long (can hold 48″). It features a fixed head chuck with planetary gearbox reduction and an adjustable tail chuck sliding on a linear profile rail. The Ballast and Blowdown Option features an air tank, valves, check valve, and tubing that gives the ability to adjust your water level 3/8″-1/2″ without adding or draining water. It also includes an air attachment for blowing down air. The 44W laser attachment is capable of cutting and engraving all woods and plastics such as ABS, colored acrylics, polycarbonate, leather, cardboard, paper, and more. It can also lightly etch steel and burn away anodize, paint, and powder coat. Important Details: The Alpha Arc’s electronics are built around the Masso G3 Touch Control, with many features built around it. It is intended to interface with the Hypertherm line of plasma cutters via a provided CPC port connection. You will have to modify the CPC connection if you intend to use any other plasma unit than a Hypertherm with a CPC port. We do not provide assistance with modifications to the connector. Assembly is required. Assembly manual has exploded views with step by step instructions. The Hypertherm 45 Sync requires 220V and 45A. The control and motion platform requires 120V. You MUST provide a compressor capable of running the Hypertherm plasma unit. your compressor should supply 6 CFM at 90 PSI with at least a 40 gallon tank. The steel water table comes standard and is provided with consumable steel slats to hold the workpiece. The slats are consumable and not subject to warranty. The water table is only warrantied when a rust inhibitor such as plasma green is used. Warranty: There is a 1 year parts warranty on this product. The warranty does not cover consumables, such as sync cartridges or slats. Free technical support is provided. Software: We recommend generating designs and toolpaths with Fusion 360 or Sheet CAM. Fusion 360 can be used on the free personal license for non business customers. Commercial users should consider Sheet Cam, which can be purchased for under $150, or around $230 with the rotary toolpaths add-in.
