By Allison Marshall Original gum and ink painting of the iconic “Nearly Home” trees on the border of Cornwall and Devon, displayed in a simple white frame with white mount and under glass. Gum and ink is a form of resist painting where water soluble gum is built up in layers and used to protect the paper from the various colours of waterproof ink.
