The iMOW® 3 robot mower is designed for small mowing areas of up to 500 m². The iMOW® 3 robot mower mows smaller lawns and conquers slopes of up to 40%. The robot mower runs on a lithium-ion battery. The disc cutting system, with 3 freely pivoting cutting blades that cut in both directions, achieves a clean cutting pattern and mulches the grass, which in turn acts as fertiliser for the lawn. Ultrasonic sensors and controlled speed are used to approach obstacles gently and to mow the grass right up to the object. On contact, the self-propelled mower automatically changes direction. In tight spots, intelligent turning manoeuvres support efficient mowing. On uneven terrain, the speed is adjusted thanks to tilt sensors, so that you get an even result there too. The control panel makes operation easy, with just a few button presses. You can control your robot mower at any time via Bluetooth® or Wi-Fi and integrate it with your smart home, using the app MY iMOW®. Control is also supported by voice output, and an LED rear strip shows the current status of your robot mower. In the mowing schedule you can define the time slots in the weekly schedules during which your STIHL iMOW® may be automatically active. If needed, you can also start your robot mower manually. The mower starts automatically from the charging station, and it can also be started at three preset points on the guide wire. You can set the rain sensor yourself so that the grass is mowed even in wet weather, or so that it pauses.
