Beef Tomahawk (350-400 Gm)

A very high-quality piece of beef, excellent flavor profile. It was very thick, which I appreciate. My only minor critique is that the trim on the fat cap needed a small bit of clean-up before I could start searing. Otherwise, a fantastic product.
